Hello! I am Maria-Elisabetch, 22 years old, I am passionate about people's mental health and understanding life's challenges. I have learned to notice the importance of listening, empathy and a safe space where a person can open up without fear of being judged. My journey to this point has grown from personal experience and a desire to help others who have felt alone, hurt or confused. I have learned that shared experience and honesty can be very healing, both for the one who speaks and for the one who listens.
