MTÜ Sa Suudad Basics of study organization and conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of curricula

Adopted 9.05.2025
with the minutes of the general meeting

General provisions

The organization of MTÜ Sa Suudad (registration code: 80637421) training courses is based on the current legislation in the field of adult education and other legislation and documents related to continuing education.

Training takes place based on the training calendar and schedule or by agreement with the client. The basic document for studies is the curriculum. The length of the training is calculated based on the academic hour (1 academic hour is 45 minutes).
Detailed information about the training details is included in the description of each training, which can be found on the MTÜ Sa Suudad website. www.sasuudad.ee

The language of business at MTÜ Sa Suudad is Estonian and the language of instruction is Estonian. If necessary and possible, training is conducted in Russian and English.

When conducting training and communicating with learners, both the organizer and the trainer(s) are guided by a mutually valuing relationship, openness, tact, and kind curiosity. The keywords for communication are trust, innovation, responsibility, and cooperation.

Fundamentals of teaching organization

Admission to training

The prerequisites for participating in the training, including registration methods and options, are outlined in the description of each specific training. In the case of custom training, registration is agreed with the customer, including the form and method of registration and the data that will be collected. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the registration terms.

The participant confirms their participation in the study by signing the participation form.

No later than a week before the start of the training, the participant will be sent organizational information via email - the training agenda with the address of the venue, access and parking conditions, etc.

MTÜ Sa Suudad will start training when at least 10 participants have registered for the training.

Paying for training

Payment for the training is a prerequisite for participation in the training, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

It is possible to pay for the training based on an invoice unless otherwise agreed in advance and/or it is a custom training.

The payment deadline for payment by invoice is 7 days. If the training starts in less than 7 days, the invoice payment deadline is the date of registration.

At least one week before the start of the training, we will send a reminder letter to the participants regarding the organizational aspects of the training and ask for confirmation of their desire to participate in the training.

If the participant does not wish to withdraw from the training, an invoice will be sent to the participants for the full training fee. The invoice must be paid before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed.

It is also possible to pay for the training in installments if desired. In this case, a payment schedule will be prepared for the participant, based on which payment will be made. The number of installments depends on the length of the training. The first installment must be paid before the start of the training and the last installment before the end date of the training.

The price of the training already includes learning materials and a certificate or diploma. Depending on the training, the price of the training may also include coffee breaks or lunch - in which case it is listed separately with the training.

MTÜ Sa Suudad may announce discounts on the price of the training from time to time. The discounts will be announced on the website next to the description of the specific training and on social media.

Withdrawal from training, postponement or cancellation of training

If a person registered for the training is unable to attend the training, the MTÜ Sa Suudad contact person must be notified by email at the address or telephone number provided to the learner.

If a training participant is unable to attend the training for valid reasons, the contact person of the NGO must be notified no later than 7 calendar days before the training takes place. If notified in a timely manner, 100% of the training fee will be refunded, provided that no previous expenses have been incurred (purchased materials, etc.) or a new training time is agreed with the participant.

If a participant has registered for the training and still does not attend and does not notify their non-appearance at least 7 calendar days in advance (including in the event of illness), the amount paid for the training will not be refunded.

The paid tuition fee can be transferred to the next training session by agreement, or it is possible to send a colleague or acquaintance to the training session.

If the training group is not filled, MTÜ Sa Suudad has the right to cancel the training or postpone the training until the training group is filled. Those who have registered will be notified by e-mail immediately, but not less than three days in advance. We will refund the amount paid for the canceled training or, if desired, transfer it to another training course.

Completion of training

Upon request, those who complete the training will be issued a certificate or attestation up to six months after the training.

A certificate is a document certifying the completion of continuing education, which is issued to a person if the achievement of learning outcomes was assessed during the training and the person achieved all the learning outcomes required to complete the curriculum.

A certificate of participation in or completion of in-service training is issued to a person if the achievement of learning outcomes was not assessed during the training or if the person did not achieve all the learning outcomes required to complete the curriculum.

Certificates and certificates are issued electronically within 14 days after the training.

Certificates and evidence are signed by a member of the MTÜ Sa Suudad board.

A student who has been absent for more than the amount required in the 50% training curriculum will be excluded from the training.

You will also be excluded from the training if the tuition fee has not been paid by the start of the course or the installments of the payment schedule are not received on time or unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of exclusion from the training, tuition fees already paid will not be refunded.

If a participant has an unexpected health problem or family reason during the course, they must contact the MTÜ Sa Suudad contact person(s) provided to the participant. In this case, we will try to accommodate the participant as much as possible and allow them to participate in the next similar course for the topics and hours missed.

If the training is cancelled or postponed, the tuition fee will be refunded or transferred to the next similar training.
