These privacy terms describe how Non-profit organization Sa Suudad (registration code 80637421, e-mail info@sasuudad.ee) processes data collected through the website sasuudad.ee.

2. What data do we collect?
a) Website usage statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. which pages are popular, where visitors come from). The data is pseudonymised and aggregated, we do not identify any individual from it. This information is only collected if you have given your consent in the cookie banner.
Legal basis: consent (Section 103¹ of the Electronic Communications Act, Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Data processor: Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States within the framework of Google's infrastructure, which is carried out in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission.
Retention period: Google Analytics default setting (14 months), after which the data is automatically deleted.
b) Data submitted via contact forms
When you fill out a contact, training request, or order form on our website, we collect the data you enter (e.g. name, email, institution, message) in order to respond to you.
Legal basis: consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Data is not shared with third parties, except for our email and form service providers who act as technical service providers on our behalf.
Retention period: until the request is resolved and then up to 12 months, after which the correspondence will be deleted unless longer retention is required by law (e.g., accounting retention period for donations).
c) Youth Council Registration Form
If you apply for our Youth Council, we will also ask for more sensitive information in the registration form, such as your contact with mental health professionals and state systems (e.g. education, social or legal systems). This is special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation and we will only process it based on your explicit consent, which you provide in a separate consent box when filling out the form.
Since most candidates are minors aged 13-17, the form is designed in such a way that the data subject (the young person themselves) gives their consent. If the candidate is younger than 13, we ask that a parent or guardian complete the form.
Legal basis: explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period: up to 3 years after the form is submitted, after which the data will be deleted.
Only currently active administrators of MTÜ Sa Suudad have access to form responses.
d) Donation and subscription payment details
When you make a donation or order to us via the website, we collect the data necessary to process the payment (e.g. name, email, donation or order amount and explanation). To process the payment securely, we forward this data to our authorized processor Maksekeskus AS, which mediates the payment via a bank, bank link or payment card. We do not see or store the full details of your payment card or bank account; they are processed and stored only by Maksekeskus AS.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in keeping records of donations/orders (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period: until the end of the retention period stipulated by the Accounting Act.

4. Your rights
You have the right:
- receive information about what data we process about you;
- demand correction of incorrect data;
- request deletion of data;
- withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
- file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully.
