Training and cooperation for specialists
We want to help create a safer and more supportive society and prevent risky behavior in schools, homes, and communities. The difficulties young people face are not due to ignorance, but often due to a lack of safe spaces to share their thoughts and feelings. At the same time, adults also need practical skills to better understand and support young people.
Two workshop formats
Customized to who you work with.

Workshops aimed at young people
Meetings aimed at graduating elementary school and high school students create a safe discussion space where we address vital topics through discussion and practical examples.
- Mental well-being, stress, emotions and self-esteem
- Relationships, boundaries, peer pressure and communication
- Risk behavior (including substances, nicotine, self-harm) and its prevention
- Asking for help and noticing when you or a friend is not feeling well
The goal is a discussion that helps the young person understand themselves better and make more informed choices.

Discussions aimed at adults
The discussion focuses on understanding the behavior and needs of young people, as well as practical skills in everyday work and communication.
- The development of young people's mental health and behavior, and sources of stress
- Building trust and talking about difficult topics
- Causes of risky behavior and early warning signs
- The role and cooperation of parents and specialists
The aim is to provide clear and practical tools to support young people.
