Vision
The vision of MTÜ Sa Suudad is to be an organization for the inclusion and advocacy of young people who exhibit or have exhibited high-risk behavior.

Mission
The mission of the NGO Sa Suudad is to listen, collect and present the experiences and advice of young people, especially the voices of those young people whose behavior may be difficult to understand and who are experiencing or have experienced risky behavior.
The organization's broader goal is to contribute to the development of various systems (e.g. educational, social and legal systems) so that they are more child and youth-friendly, more informed and more effective in working with young people.
We achieve this goal by listening, engaging and supporting young people, and by providing them with safe opportunities to participate in various activities and engagement events that provide new experiences, strengthen self-awareness and increase participation.
We consider it important that every child and young person is meaningfully involved in decisions that affect them.
It is also important for us to support young people's loved ones and other adults who surround and influence young people on a daily basis.
Our values
We act with passion
so that young people receive the support they need.
Let's move
towards making the voice of young people heard.
Let's start
that every person has their own story and the behavioral patterns that result from it.
We include
We believe that every young person should be involved and their voice should be heard. This includes actively involving its partners and target groups in the planning and implementation of its activities.
We cooperate
with young people, those around them and other adults, including partners in Estonia and abroad.
For every activity we plan or carry out, we think about how it will contribute to increasing the well-being and coping skills of young people.
We base our activities on Estonian legislation, the principles of social work ethics, the NGO Code of Ethics, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
What does the NGO's activities contribute to?
1
Equal opportunities
Young people who engage in risky behavior can be very difficult to understand and may therefore be ostracized by their peers and adults in the community. By supporting and involving young people, the NGO contributes to integrating young people more into society, thereby creating the opportunity to find more positive connections with other members of society.
2
A caring community
By giving young people a voice, we empower and empower them to be active and productive members of the community.
3
Inclusion
Let's make the voice of young people heard!
