I have a professional higher education in social work and rehabilitation management. I currently work as a case manager with people with a migrant background. Before that, I worked with young people in various positions for years. I have previously worked, for example, as a mobile youth worker and as a youth worker in a youth center.
I joined the MTÜ Sa Suudad team because I believe that noticing, understanding and supporting young people is very important. Young people are often condemned by society and are not tried enough to understand what really lies behind this risky behavior. Having been a young person myself who exhibited risky behavior, I know how important it is for every young person to have at least one adult they can turn to if necessary. And as they say – young people are our future!
